Teaching 1X1 is my favorite way to teach yoga and I have been doing it full time since 2005.

I taught 20+ private yoga lessons each week in NYC before moving to Takoma Park, MD in 2015. In 2012 I wrote the curriculum for my teacher training, The Science of the Private Lesson™ and have since taught 100s of yoga teachers the unique skills needed to teach private yoga lessons with joy and success.
