Aligned Vinyasa Flow: 10:00am-11:15am
Aligned Vinyasa offers a continuous flow of postures in which students become more fluent in asana practice. Students will build endurance, improve their ability to move with the breath, and strengthen and refine transitions between poses. Students must be familiar with principles of alignment, in good health, and free of major injuries. For students Level I/II and up: at least one session of Level I/II+, taken concurrently or as a prerequisite, is strongly recommended.
Aligned Vinyasa Flow Advanced: 12pm-1:30pm
Aligned Vinyasa: Intermediate/Advanced is a rigorous, continuous flow of asanas emphasizing working with the breath. This practice focuses on vinyasa’s most challenging transitions (e.g.. jumping back into chaturanga), as well as incorporates upper-level postures into a flowing practice.Students must be proficient in alignment principles and free of major injuries. For students strong Level II and up: at least one session of Level II or higher, taken concurrently or as a prerequisite, is strongly recommended.
