There are many reasons to change up the way we end our classes. As I’m sure you guys have noticed, savasana is a difficult pose for many people and for many different reasons.
This is the second video in an ongoing series and walks you through a wonderful practice that can be used as an opening centering or as a savasana replacement. You get to practice with me as I lead you through the exercise!
Let me know how feel afterward and any questions that come up for you. 🙂
Is it possible to get a transcript of this?
Yes, that is a great idea! I’ll work on this and if you email support@francescacervero.com some time next week it should be ready! 🙂
I would love a transcript of this exercise as well. Love this as a a deeper experience of a more traditional body scan that I often use with clients. rachelapplegate.yoga@gmail.com
Thank you.
We’ll get it to you as soon as it’s done Rachel! <3
I do body mapping with clients but I love the ink print idea and coming back to it in between poses or after working one side – then the other side. Also love the visual reference to the ink print for savasana. Can’t wait to try it in my class tonight. Thanks Francesca for sharing!
You are so welcome! I am so happy to be on this journey with you. Let me know how it goes in your class tonight! 🙂
I really love this idea of the ink print! I do something similar at the beginning of my group class but haven’t tried in private yoga. Thank you for the transcript, Francesca.
You are so welcome Sue!
