In our line of work, there is no one set roadmap that is right for everyone. Both in your teaching, and in building your business, you are forging your own path.
But you don't have to walk that path alone. I've been teaching yoga since 2005 and mentoring yoga teachers since 2012, and I have seen firsthand how the support and accountability of a mentor helps teachers create careers that are deeply nourishing and financially empowering.
This small-group mentoring program evolved out of my desire to make the in-depth, personalized support I offer in my signature Science of the Private Lesson™ training and one-on-one mentorships available to a wider cohort of teachers.

It's imperative that you actively participate in your cohort portal and each mentoring group call. If you know you will be unable to attend one of the dates, but you feel this program is still worth your investment, please note this in your application. If you will miss more than one date, we recommend waiting until a future round of Small-Group Mentorship so that your space can be given to another participant.
Yes! While showing up live is crucial — it is your opportunity to ask questions, talk through challenges, get access to Francesca's brain, and share advice with fellow small-group participants — we don't want you to have to worry about writing every single thing down, so all calls will be recorded, and yours to keep. Feel free to go back and listen again, write down resources, take more notes, whenever you need.

Francesca will only be available during your scheduled calls but will be cheering you on and checking in with you in-depth every other week. If questions come up during the calls for which she has a resource to recommend — even a document she's written up for a teacher training, etc. that is not otherwise publicly available — she'll share it with you right then and there. You're getting insider access to her wisdom and resources during these 2-hour phone calls, but due to her full schedule, she will not be available for questions in between mentoring calls.
