Agree to the Terms & Conditions:
This Mentoring Agreement establishes the container of the Small Group Mentoring program.
As your mentor, I, Francesca Cervero, agree to do the following:
- Provide a safe, virtual space every other week for video calls.
- Be present and moderate each scheduled video call providing as little or as much structure as the call needs.
- Build a portal for the cohort to communicate directly, amongst each other to discuss challenges, offer advisement and celebrate successes.
- Deliver email reminders which will include prompt questions for the following call.
- Offer mentorship, advisement and additional resources (as necessary) opportunities to enhance your learning.
- Maintain the confidentiality of our relationship.
As the mentee, you agree to do the following:
- Participate in every scheduled video call over the three-month program
- Be present during each call and fully participate without external interruptions
- Contribute to the conversation within the cohort portal by supporting your colleagues and sharing your experiences weekly.
- Fill out and submit the check-in form each week by the date noted.
- Maintain the confidentiality of our relationship.
Two weeks before our first session, I’ll introduce you to your cohort and share the call-in details.
