These are not big, life-changing plans—just small, powerful adjustments that can immediately help you feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in your teaching life.

Burnout doesn’t always mean you need a total career overhaul. Sometimes, a few well-chosen shifts—better boundaries, a balanced schedule, and new ways of connecting with students—can bring back clarity, confidence, and joy in your teaching.
