A Recipe for Emotional Resiliency: Flowing Asana, Meditative Breath Work, and Deep Restoratives

Weekly Classes every Thursday from 7:45pm to 9:15pm

Experience a yoga practice that strengthens your emotional resiliency off the mat and out in your life. In this series, Francesca will lead a practice and teach you specific yogic tools that will allow you to move through the life’s trials with more grace and ease. Francesca’s nurturing and uplifting energy will make even the hard work feel joyful! All levels welcome.
